A Conversion and upgrade of existing Corus hotel to 121 bedroom Premier Inn. Phased work to eliminate closure period, allowing client to continue trading throughout refurbishment programme, (work carried out one floor at a time, maintaining safe public access to all other areas.) Refurbishment of bar lounge, restaurant and reception areas included.
