J Wilkinson are committed to driving our Health and Safety policies through training and confident leadership from our project and site managers.
Many of our fit out and refurbishment projects are met with tight delivery deadlines. Working under such pressure is second nature for us at J Wilkinson, which is why we have comprehensive planning and Risk Assessment procedures in place to ensure that we deliver on time whilst maintaining the safety of our workforce and the public.
The responsibility for the ongoing management and execution of Health and Safety policies is in the hands of our management team. We empower them to lead by example and execute our company commitments by providing specialist training to instill confidence. Risk Assessment training allows our management to minimise the eventuality of employees and member of the supply chain from taking avoidable risks that could lead to their healthy and safety being compromised.
Our effective safe systems of work have been reviewed and evaluated by a number of external bodies that have awarded us with accreditations to reflect our good practice. These include being CHAS accredited and Safe Contractor approved and an associate of the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
